1. Who we are
Farevia is a flight booking platform operated by Farevia LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States. When you book through Farevia, your ticket is issued by the operating airline under its own conditions of carriage; Farevia arranges the booking and provides customer support for it.
2. Pricing
Every fare displayed on Farevia includes the airline fare, applicable taxes, and Farevia's service fee. The total shown before payment is the total charged. Optional extras (seats, bags, protection) are itemized separately and are never added without your explicit selection.
3. Your booking
You are responsible for the accuracy of passenger details, including names exactly as they appear on travel documents, and for holding valid documents (passport, visas) required for your journey. Airlines may deny boarding for mismatched details, and resulting costs are outside Farevia's control.
4. Changes and cancellations
Whether a fare can be changed or refunded is determined by its fare rules, which are displayed before purchase. Refundable fares cancelled through Manage Booking are refunded to the original payment method. Airline-initiated changes (schedule changes, cancellations) are governed by the airline's policies and applicable passenger-rights law; we will assist you in exercising those rights.
5. Payments
Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor on Farevia's behalf. Farevia does not store card numbers. By booking you authorize the displayed total to be charged to your selected payment method.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Farevia for fraudulent bookings, automated scraping, or resale schemes, and not to interfere with the platform's operation. We may cancel bookings we reasonably believe to be fraudulent.
7. Liability
Air carriage is subject to international conventions and the airline's conditions of carriage, which may limit liability. To the extent permitted by law, Farevia's liability for platform errors is limited to the service fee paid on the affected booking. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
